I don’t coach transformation because it sounds good.
I coach it because I’ve lived it.
I’ve had to rebuild my body, my confidence, and my identity from the ground up — not once, but more than once. Through serious setbacks, injury, and recovery, I learned first-hand that progress doesn’t come from motivation alone. It comes from structure, consistency, and having the right support in place when things get hard.
My background in the Army taught me discipline, standards, and the importance of doing the basics well — repeatedly. My personal journey through cancer and recovery taught me patience, resilience, and how to adapt when your body doesn’t respond the way you expect.
Together, those experiences shape how I coach today.
